Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Soltreck. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help!
To initiate a return, please contact us at Soltreck.com@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Please note:
- Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item due to size, color, or defect, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assist in replacing the item, depending on stock availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at Soltreck.com@gmail.com
Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
